Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fourth Avenue and Fourth Avenue South, in the City of Seattle, from the north margin of Washington Street to the south margin of Madison Street, by paving the same with vitrified brick, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with granite curbs and concrete sidewalks, together with all water mains of proper dimensions and materials and necessary appurtenances, and including as a part of said work the construction of a bridge to carry Yesler Way and Terrace Street over Fourth Avenue, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1628 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
