Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Sixth Avenue Northeast, from Northlake Avenue to East Fortieth Street; East Fortieth Street, from Latona Avenue to Fifteenth Avenue Northeast; East Forty-first Street, from Brooklyn Avenue to Fifteenth Avenue Northeast; Fifteenth Avenue Northeast, from East Fortieth Street to East Forty-second Street, and Fourteenth Avenue Northeast, form Brintnall Place to East Forty-second Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete walks and wooden crosswalks, together with all necessary appurtenances for the proper drainage; provided that East Fortieth Street, from Latona Avenue to Seventh Avenue Northeast, shall be improved by the construction of concrete walks on a double roadway, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1662 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
