Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Seventeenth Avenue South, from Beacon Avenue to Atlantic Street; and Atlantic Street from Sturgis Road to Twenty-third Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same, in accordance with Resolution No. 1664 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; provided, however, that fifty (50) per cent of the total cost of this improvement shall be paid from the General Fund of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
