An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Highland Drive, from Second Avenue North to Fifth Avenue North, and Fifth Avenue North, from Highland Drive to Prospect Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading, curbing and constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 35592; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
