Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of James Street, from 3rd Avenue to 4th Avenue, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1614 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
