Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Central Place, from Russell Avenue to Tallman Avenue; Tallman Avenue, from Seventeenth Avenue Northwest to Market Street; Seventeenth Avenue Northwest, from West Fiftieth Street to Market Street; West Fifty-second Street, from Fifteenth Avenue Northwest to Seventeenth Avenue Northwest; West Fifty-fourth Street, from Fifteenth Avenue Northwest to Seventeenth Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle, by regrading and curbing the same and by constructing concrete sidewalks, together with wooden cross walks and all necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1569 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
