An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Olive Street, from Melrose Avenue to Bellevue Avenue, in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete walks, curbs and gutters and providing for the necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1540 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
