Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Forty-eighth Street, in the City of Seattle, from Eighth Avenue Northwest to Seventeenth Avenue Northwest, by constructing a sewer therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said street, in accordance with Resolution No. 1502 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
