Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Eastlake Avenue, from Almy Street to the north margin of Fuhrman Avenue, and Fuhrman Avenue, from Eastlake Avenue to the bridge across Lake Union, all in The City of Seattle, by grading where necessary, and constructing concrete or wood walks thereon, together with wood or iron railing where necessary, in accordance with Resolution No. 1548 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
