Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of North Broadway, in the City of Seattle, across a portion of Lot Ten (10), in Block Thirty-two (32), Supplemental Plat of A. Pontius' Addition to the City of Seattle; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment for such improvement be made by special assessment upon property benefited, in the manner provided by law.
