Title

An Ordinance granting to the Hunter Tract Improvement Company, a corporation, the right, privilege and authority to improve Thirty-first Avenue South and other connecting streets and avenues in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and constructing concrete sidewalks therein at their own cost and expense and repealing all Ordinance and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith.
