Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public streets and highway, across a portion of the North One-half (N. 1/2) of Block Twenty-three (23), and the North One-half (N. 1/2) of Block Twenty-four (24), in Hill Tract Addition to the City of Seattle, all in the City of Seattle; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment for such improvement be made by special assessment upon property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
