An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Eighth Avenue South, from Riverside Avenue to Director Street; Director Street and Trenton Street, each from Fifth Avenue South to Fourteenth Avenue South; Henderson Street and Concord Street, each from Fifth Avenue South to Tenth Avenue South; Donovan Street, from Fifth Avenue South to Seventeenth Avenue South; Cloverdale Street, from Fifth Avenue South to Sixteenth Avenue South; Sullivan Street, from Seventh Avenue South to Fourteenth Avenue South; Thistle Street, from Seventh Avenue South to Twelfth Avenue South; Rose Street, from Seventh Avenue South to Dallas Avenue; Southern Street, from Seventh Avenue South to Dallas Avenue; Elmgrove Street, and Monroe Street, each from Seventh Avenue South to Eighth Avenue South, and from Tenth Avenue to points about four (400) feet east of Tenth Avenue South; Kenyon Street, Chicago Street and Portland Street, each from Fifth Avenue South to Points about four hundred (400) feet east of Tenth Avenue South; Holden Street, from Fifth Avenue South to Riverside Avenue, and from Riverside Avenue to Twelfth Avenue South; Austin Street, and Webster Street, each from Second Avenue South to Riverside Avenue; Riverside Drive, from Second Avenue South to Riverside Avenue; Riverside Avenue, from Riverside Drive to Tenth Avenue South; Tenth Avenue South, from Kenyon Street to Southern Street, and Dallas Avenue, from Thistle Street to Tenth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing water mains therein, of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary gates, tees, crosses and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1489 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
