Introduced as Council Bill 6107

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in Block Twelve (12), Capitol Hill Addition, Division No. 3, to The City of Seattle, being the alley from East Prospect Street to East Ward Street, between Fourteenth Avenue North and Fifteenth Avenue North, by paving the same with vitrified brick or asphalt, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with such sewers, with their appurtenances, as may be necessary for the proper drainage of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1494 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
