Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East John Street, from Thirty-sixth Avenue North to Thirty-seventh Avenue North; Thirty-sixth Avenue North, from East Thomas Street to the south line of Coulter's Addition to the City of Seattle, and Thirty-seventh Avenue North, from High Lane to the south line of Coulter's Addition to the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete walks thereon (provided that portion of Thirty-seventh Avenue North between East John Street and the south line of Coulter's Addition shall be improved by grading and curbing, and constructing concrete walks), in accordance with Resolution No. 1469 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
