Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-fourth Avenue and Thirty-fourth Avenue North, from East Pike Street to a point two hundred four (204) feet south of East John Street; Thirty-sixth Avenue North, from Florence Court to East Thomas Street; Thirty-seventh Avenue and Thirty-seventh Avenue North, from East Howell Street to High Lane; East Denny Way and Florence Court, each from Thirty-seventh Avenue North to Thirty-fourth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing water mains therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all necessary gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the roper water service and fire protection of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1442 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
