Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Eighth Avenue, in The City of Seattle, from Westlake Avenue to Denny Way, by constructing thereon curbs and gutters, wooden sidewalks eight (8) feet in width, railing where necessary, providing for the necessary surface drainage and making connections to the existing improvements, in accordance with Resolution No. 1464 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
