Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Lane Street, from a point one hundred twenty (120) feet west of Twentieth Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Rainier Avenue, from Lane Street to Dearborn Street; and Dearborn Street, from Hiawatha Place to Rainier Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing a sewer therein, of proper dimensions and materials, together with all manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1441 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
