Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Howard Avenue North from the north line of Greene's Addition to the City of Seattle, to the south margin of Roanoke Street; and Minor Avenue North from the north line of Greene's Addition in the City of Seattle to the south margin of Roanoke Avenue; all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
