Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Pinellan Place, from North 55th Street to Kenwood Place, North 57th Street, from East Green Lake Boulevard to Woodlawn Avenue; Interlake Avenue and East Green Lake Boulevard form North 50th Street to North 77th Street; all in the City of Seattle by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks together with all necessary appurtenances for the proper drainage; all in accordance with Resolution No. 1452 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
