Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Boren Avenue North in the City of Seattle, from the center of John Street to a connection with the existing sewer at Thomas Street; by constructing a sewer therein of proper dimensions and material together with all necessary appurtenances, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1414 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
