Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 15th Avenue West, from the south margin of West Newton Street to the north margin of West Armour Street; 14th Avenue West, from the north margin of West Howe Street to the north margin of Gilman Avenue; Wet Newton Street, West Boston Street, and West Wheeler Street, each from 15th Avenue West to 14th Avenue West; and Gilman Avenue, from 15th Avenue West to 14th Avenue West; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary bulkheads and drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1337 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
