Title

An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 15494, entitled: "An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 8th Avenue Northeast in the City of Seattle, form the north line of Day's Acre Gardens to the south line of Weedin's Division of Green Lake Addition to Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law" approved February 27, 1907.
