An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Mount Baker Boulevard, from 30th Avenue South to 33rd Avenue South; Winthrop Street, as extended, from Rainier Avenue to 30th Avenue South; Mount Baker Circle, from Mount Baker Boulevard to Mount Baker Boulevard; Byron Street, from McClintock Avenue to Hanford Street; Hanford Street from Mount Baker Circle to the alley between Hunter Boulevard and Cascadia Avenue; 31st Avenue South from Massachusetts Street to Mount Baker Boulevard; 32nd Avenue South from Plum Street to Mount Baker Boulevard; 33rd Avenue South from Plum Street to Hinds Street; McClintock Avenue and McClintock Avenue extended from Mount Baker Circle to 33rd Avenue South; 34th Avenue South, from Plum Street to Hinds Street; Bay View Street, from 34th Avenue South to the west line of Mount Baker Park, thence along the west line of Mount Baker Park to McClellan Street; Mount Baker Boulevard to Hinds Street; Mount Baker Drive, from Mount Baker Boulevard to Hinds Street; Mount Baker Drive and Mount Rainier Drive, from Cascadia Avenue to Ridgeway Place; 37th Avenue South, from Mount Baker Drive to Spokane Street; Hunter Boulevard and 38th Avenue South from Hanford Street to Court Street; Mount Adams Place, from the alleys between Hunter Boulevard, Mount Rainier Drive and Cascadia Avenue and Bella Vista Avenue, from Cascadia Avenue to Court Street; Sierra Drive from Court Street to Cascadia Avenue; Lakeside Avenue, from Court Street to Cascadia Avenue; Lakewood Avenue from Court Street to Cascadia Avenue; along the right of way through private property to Lakewood Avenue to McClellan Street; Hinds Street from 33rd Avenue South to York Road; York Road, from Hinds Street to Court Street; Court Street, from 37th Avenue South to Bella Vista Avenue; and Rainier Avenue from Winthrop Street to Bayview Street; all in the City of Seattle by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 1419 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
