Introduced as Council Bill 323

Title

An Ordinance for the grading and sidewalking of Fifth Street in Pontius' Addition from Lake Street east to Mitchell Street, thence east on Republican Street to Duwamish Street in the City of Seattle and to create a Local Improvement District for the payment therefor, and that said payment shall be by immediate payment as prescribed in Section Eight (8) of Article Eight (VIII) of the Freeholders' Charter.
