Title

An Ordinance providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the construction and erection of certain public buildings and yards and incinerator purpose, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purposes, and repealing Ordinance No. 16767, approved August 31, 1907.
