Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Smith Street, in the City of Seattle, from Fourth Avenue North to the eastern end of said Smith Street, by grading and curbing the same, and constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 34591; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
