Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Forty-fifth Street; East Forty-seventh Street, East Fiftieth Street, East Fifty-second Street and East Fifty-fifth Street, each from Fifteenth Avenue Northeast to Twentieth Avenue Northeast; Fifteenth Avenue Northeast, Sixteenth Avenue Northeast, University Boulevard Eighteenth Avenue Northeast and Nineteenth Avenue Northeast, each from East Forty-fifth Street to East Fiftieth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by the installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb line of each side of each of said streets, avenues and boulevards, together with the installation of such poles, conduits, wires and other appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of said system, in accordance with Resolution No. 1384 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
