Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Utah Avenue, from the south line of Connecticut Street to the south line of Hanford Street, and Hanford Street, from Utah Avenue to First Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by replanking the same, in accordance with Resolution No. 1224 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
