Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Block One Hundred Ninety-four (194); all of Block One Hundred Ninety-three (193); all of Block One Hundred Eighty-eight (188) all in Seattle Tide Lands, all in the City of Seattle, by filling the same, and by erecting bulkheads and retaining walls thereon wherever necessary, as a sanitary measure, and fixing and establishing grades thereof, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1338 and 1381 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
