An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-second Avenue Southwest, from the north line of Star Addition to West Seattle, to the north margin of West Andover Street; and West Andover Street, from the west margin of Twenty-second Avenue Southwest to the west margin of Twenty-first Avenue Southwest, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 34736; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
