Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Washington Street, from a point one hundred thirty-six (136) feet east of the east margin of Twelfth Avenue South to Twentieth Avenue South; Main Street, from a point three hundred (300) feet east of the east margin of Twelfth Avenue South to Twentieth Avenue South; Jackson Street, from Twelfth Avenue South to Twentieth Avenue South; Fourteenth Avenue South, Sixteenth Avenue South, Seventeenth Avenue South, Eighteenth Avenue South and Nineteenth Avenue South, each from Yesler Way to Jackson Street, and Fifteenth Avenue South, from Yesler Way to Washington Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt and granite blocks, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with all necessary sewers, water mains and other appurtenances, in accordance with Resolution No. 1407 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
