Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Pinellas Place, from North Fifty-fifth Street to Kenwood Place; North Fifty-seventh Street, from East Green Lake Boulevard to Woodlawn Avenue; Interlake Avenue and East Green Lake Boulevard, from North Fiftieth Street to North Seventy-seventh Street; provided, however, that the portion of Interlake Avenue and East Green Lake Boulevard improved will include only the sixty (60) feet on the upland side thereof, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, together with the necessary appurtenances for proper drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1152 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; provided, that Sixty per cent (60%) of the cost of said improvement be assessed against private property benefited, and forty per cent (40%) against park property of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
