Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-second Avenue South, from Rainier Avenue to a point one hundred twenty (120) feet south of Day Street; Atlantic Street, from Twenty-second Avenue South to Twenty-third Avenue South, and Twenty-third Avenue South, from Atlantic Street to a point sixty (60) feet south of Norman Street, by constructing a sewer therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all wyes, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewering and draining of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1372 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
