Title
	An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-fifth Avenue North, from East Madison Street to East Roy Street and from East Ward Street to East Helen Street; Twenty-sixth Avenue North, from East Madison Street to East Helen Street; Twenty-seventh Avenue North, from East Madison Street to East Roy Street, Twenty-eighth Avenue North, from East Madison Street to East Helen Street; Twenty-ninth Avenue North, from East Madison Street to East Roy Street; Union Boulevard, from East Roy Street to Twenty-eighth Avenue North, East Helen Street, from Twenty-fourth Avenue North to Twenty-eighth Avenue North; East Ward Street, from Twenty-third Avenue North to Twenty-eighth Avenue North; East Aloha Street, East Valley Street and East Roy Street, each from Twenty-third Avenue North to Union Boulevard; and East Mercer Street, from Twenty-fourth Avenue North to Twenty-eighth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks, wood sidewalks, where necessary, and wood cross walks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1369 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
