Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of First Avenue, in the City of Seattle, on the westerly side thereof, from a point one hundred sixty (160) feet south of the south margin of Union Street to a point one hundred twenty (120) feet north of the north margin of Union Street, by constructing a concrete sidewalk or a reinforced concrete sidewalk, where necessary, concrete retaining walls and including as a part of said improvement the making of all necessary earth fills, the readjusting of granite curbs and the connecting of concrete walks to the existing improvements, in accordance with Resolution No. 1361 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
