Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of First Avenue West, and Second Avenue West, each from West McGraw Street to West Ray Street; and West Smith Street, from Second Avenue West to Queen Anne Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wood crosswalks, and grading and curbing the same where necessary, in accordance with Resolution No. 1345 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
