Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Fifty-fifth Street, from Nineteenth Avenue Northeast to Twentieth Avenue Northeast; Twentieth Avenue Northeast, from East Fifty-fifth Street to East Fifty-fourth Street; East Fifty-fourth Street, from Twentieth Avenue Northeast to Twenty-seventh Avenue Northeast; Twenty-seventh Avenue Northeast, from East Fifty-fourth Street to East Fifty-fifth Street, and East Fifty-fifth Street, from Twenty-seventh Avenue Northeast to Twenty-ninth Avenue Northeast, all in the City of Seattle, by laying water mains of proper dimensions and material, together with all necessary gates, tees, crosses and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1324 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
