An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Washington Boulevard, from East Mercer Street to East Harrison Street; East Republican Street, from Thirty-second Avenue North to Washington Boulevard; East Harrison Street, from Thirty-second Avenue North to Hillside Drive; Thirty-third Avenue North, from East Thomas Street to Washington Boulevard; Thirty-fourth Avenue North, from East Thomas Street to East Harrison Street; Thirty-sixth Avenue North, from East Thomas Street to East Republican Street, and from Washington Boulevard to East Mercer street; Thirty-seventh Avenue North, from East Thomas Street to East Harrison Street; Ford Place, from Washington Boulevard to Thirty-sixth Avenue North; Maiden Lane, from the north line of Denny-Blaine Lake Park Addition to Hillside Drive; Hillside Drive, from McGilvra Boulevard on south to McGilvra Boulevard on north; Lambert Place, from Hill side Drive to McGilvra Boulevard; McGilvra Boulevard, from the north line of Denny-Blaine Lake Park Addition to Hillside Drive and Fortieth Avenue North; Thirty-eighth Avenue North, from McGilvra Boulevard to Hillside Drive; Thirty-ninth Avenue North, from the north line of Denny- Blaine Lake Park Addition to East Harrison Street, and from East Mercer Street to Hillside Drive, being the streets, avenues, boulevards, places and ways in "Replat of John J. McGilvra's Addition to the City of Seattle, and Blocks 13, 14, 18, 20 to 29 inclusive, and south half of 19 of John J. McGilvra's Second Addition to the City of Seattle", exclusive of all boundary streets in said Replat, by grading the same, in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 30991; also Fortieth Avenue North, from Hillside Drive to East Madison Street by grading; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
