Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Ninth Avenue Northwest, from West Fifty-eighth Street to West Sixty-fifth Street; Eighth Avenue Northwest, from the south line of West Sixtieth Street to West Sixty-fifth Street; Eleventh Avenue Northwest, from West Sixtieth Street to West Sixty-fifth Street; West Sixty-first Street and West Sixty-second Street, each from Eighth Avenue Northwest to Fourteenth Avenue Northwest, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, in accordance with Resolution No. 1271 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
