Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Holgate Street, in the City of Seattle, from a point thirty-six (36) feet west of the east margin of Colorado Street to a connection with the existing plank roadway on Railroad Avenue, by the construction of a plank roadway forty-two (42) feet in width, in accordance with Resolution No. 927 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
