Introduced as Council Bill 285

Title

An Ordinance for the grading and sidewalking of Farm Street in the City of Seattle, from Depot Street to Harrison Street in said city, and to create a Local Improvement District for the payment therefor, and that said payment shall be by immediate payment as prescribed in Section Eight (8) of Article Eight (VIII) of the Freeholders' Charter.
