Title

An Ordinance for the grading and sidewalking of Third Street in the City of Seattle from Lake Street to the east line of Wall Street in said City, and to create a Local Improvement District for the payment therefor, and that said payment shall be immediate payment as prescribed in Section 8 of Article Eight (VIII) of the Freeholders' Charter.
