Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 4th Avenue and 4th Avenue South, in the City of Seattle from the north margin of Washington Street to the south margin of Madison Street; by paving the same with vitrified brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with granite curbs and concrete sidewalks, together with watermains of proper dimensions and material with all necessary appurtenances, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1325 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
