Introduced as Council Bill 287

Title

An Ordinance for the grading and sidewalking of Alton Street in the City of Seattle between Jackson Street and Main Street in said City and to create a Local Improvement District for the payment therefor, and that said payment shall be by immediate payment as prescribed in Section Eight (8) of Article Eight (VIII) of the Freeholders' Charter.
