Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of West Wheeler Street in the City of Seattle, from Joliet Avenue to the Southwest line, produced Northwest of block 162, Gilman's Addition to the City of Seattle, and the west line, produced south, of block 150, Gilman's Addition to the City of Seattle, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
