Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Bay View Street, from 14th Avenue South to 17th Avenue South: College Street and Walker Street, each from 13th Avenue South to 17th Avenue South; Hill Street, from 13th Avenue South to a point 175 feet east of 16th Avenue South; Plum Street, from 13th Avenue South to 16th Avenue South; Holgate Street, from 12th Avenue South to 17th Avenue South; 13th Avenue South, from Grand Street to College Street; 14th Avenue South, from Massachusetts Street to Lander Street; 15th Avenue South, from Grand Street to Beacon Street, by grading, curbing and constructing wooden curbs and gutters, concrete walks and stairways, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1230 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
