Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Pike Street from Broadway to 12th Avenue, and 12th Avenue form Pike Street to Madison Street, all in the City of Seattle by constructing a 16 foot plank roadway thereon, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1234 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
