Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 23rd Avenue West from West Ray Street to Thurman Street; 22nd Avenue West from Thorndyke Avenue to Thurman Street; 21st Avenue West from Thorndyke Avenue to Thurman Street; 20th Avenue West from West Barrett Street to West Bertona Street; Thorndyke Avenue from West Ray Street to Wet Barrett Street; Gilman Avenue, from West Bertona Street to Ruffner Street; Thurman Avenue from 23rd Avenue West to 21st Avenue West; all in the City of Seattle by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, including a temporary outfall on the adjoining tide land, conforming to an agreement entered into by the City of Seattle with the owners thereof, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1219 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
