Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 4th Avenue North in the City of Seattle from McGraw Street to Newell Street, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1217 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
